UK CUSTOMERS
1. Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): £4.95 | Free when you spend £50 or more
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked Service and a tracking number will be sent to you with the order despatch confirmation. A signature may be required upon delivery.
If the item(s) cannot be delivered they will be held by Royal Mail at a collection centre or post office and you will need to arrange collection. If we experience delays in processing your order or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason you will be informed. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments.
2. Express Delivery (Next Day): £11.95
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (guaranteed to be delivered the next working day or Saturday by 13.00) and a tracking number will be sent to you with the order despatch confirmation. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Order cut off time to receive the next working day is 14.00 Monday-Friday. Orders placed using this shipping method on Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
If the goods cannot be delivered by Royal Mail they will be held by Royal Mail at a collection centre or post office and you will need to arrange collection. 1. Europe Tracked Delivery (3-5 Working Days): £12.95
This shipping option covers all countries listed as being within Royal Mail Europe Zones 1,2 and 3 excluding Russia. It will be automatically selected during checkout based on the shipping address.
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked Service and a tracking number will be sent to you with the order despatch confirmation. A signature may be required upon delivery.
If we experience delays in processing your order or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason you will be informed. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible entirely for any taxes, import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) applied by the destination country.

This shipping option covers all countries listed as being within Royal Mail Rest of World Zones 1, 2 and 3. It will be automatically selected during checkout based on the shipping address.
